About Us
The current Church of St Cuthbert's was purpose built in 1988 and as such we have a modern building with all the facilities needed to cater for Church life in the 21st Century.
With an electoral roll of some 70 local people St Cuthbert's has a Sunday congregation of approx 35 -45 adults along with a sunday School and creche.
It has become the recent aim at St Cuthberts to develope a style and form of Sunday Worship that whilst reflecting the traditions of the Church of England is able also to embrace the widest possible selections of taste, as such, extremes in worship are avoided and the traditional styles are held in comfort with more modern forms of liturgy and music.
There is a monthly fellowship group which run regularly throughout the year.
St Cuthbert's boasts a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment where persons of all age, gender, race, culture and social background are embraced.
Families with chidren will find a welcoming and well organised program within the Sunday School and creche.
We consider ourselves to be a family and commit to caring for each other.
We are a growing and vibrant fellowship ever keen to welcome new people into our congregation.
We offer teaching and advice for all those who are seeking to either discover for the first time or further develop their Christian Faith.
We have a substantial Church hall, meeting room and kitchen facilities which are ideal for parties, small groups and other functions. These are all available for hire (see contact page)
